The question is how Pen feels about it.  When the subject was raised before he didn't have any mani admin experience and I felt it would be a big jump to go from no admin to senior admin (and how would the other Source regulars feel who had been Mani admins for a while).  

It's a lot more work as you will be the main focus of admining activities when you are on the server without another senior admin (but you can always ask for help from any Mani admins on).  

Saying all that I'd be happy to have him on board as part of the team, if he want's it.

I guess that if TL, OB, Ron and the other seniors (lol - no, not seniors as in age Ron - don't get ruffled!) don't mind then that would be great.

As you say I can always seek help from the Mani's if needed - and funnily enough I quite enjoy adminning. I spend a lot of time as a spectator anyway as I'm sometimes ambivalent about playing but like watching the games.

Besides I'm sure I can figure it out and, if not, then I'm sure that Oldie or Blunt would give me a crash course at the LAN (particularly in self-banning).
