Placed an order for a pair of outdoor speakers on the 24th.
 
The site was poor as it didn't indicate whether or not these were in stock. As expected as soon as I placed my order it indicated a 7-10 working day wait...
 
Hey-ho.. It's a bargain site so I thought I'd stick it out and see. Emailed them last thursday (10 days after) to check on progress. No reply today.
 
Overall very poor customer service. I refuse to call an 0870 number just to have them tell me that there's no stock.
 
Order Cancelled. Waste of freekin' time..

Very poor design though, no right clicking, extremely ugly and awkard to use.
