Not sure what's up with this one but I reckon his English or so isn't that good or he just can't find stuff on the forums.
I actually had to give several replies in a thread untill he got it...

I agree about his English being the problem maybe.
Perhaps his knowledge of forum ettiquette is not too good?
however, he's as good as gold on the server and a good TCS player as well:)

I didn't understand what you meant with ''spammng''?? And could u tell me some forums where u guys usually chat in??:D  By the way, what does it take to become a dMw? :) I've been active on your CS-servers and here on the forums

The thread you are talking about is a STICKIED thread about the use of AWMs & AWPs in relation to the TCS style of play. In my opinion he made a relevant post in the correct forum. Maybe his English isn't not up to scratch but that is not the point at issue. Reacting to him in the way you did smacks of bullying and it doesn't look good!
From what I've read he seems to be generally OK. So lighten up. :)
