Rates

I've noticed a few regulars on the server seem to shift around very jerkily and this actually means it's hard to shoot you, but this isn't due to lag as your pings are fine. I just thought i'd like to suggest to people to check their rates as some servers actually change them, or maybe the ones defined aren't suitable for your connection type.

But that guy suggests a 75%  balance between update and cmd? You guys ignore that?

Personally i tend to set my settings until i get no choke or loss.
