With many years of experience from school bands playing drum set and percussion, I should know what I'm talking about:

The cowbell is greatly underrated, and it is definitely not as easy as it seems :narnar:

I remember I played cowbell at the 1st year of highschool for the spring concert.. I took it as I have close to no musical skills.. and as I didn't have a mic I was told to hit it hard.. When I watched the video afterwards I was off beat and it looked like i was standing behind the band killing a cowbell with all my strength.. Never played cowbell again..

Hehe i remember this when it was on TV somewhere, can't remember where i saw it i'm afraid, pretty amusing. Must be one of the most famous cowbell songs.

If it has cow bell in it's definately not as prominent as that. Though I think it adds to it....it could probably use MORE COW BELL. :narnar:
