I allready have a few dates in mind but me and NinjaFreak decided to wait after the LAN to get the dates set (I'm bringing my agenda so you can have a look then if you want).
I don't have any ideas/leaflets but the poll I set up gives all your answers on what we might be doing. Google is your friend then.

Guys,
 
We need to look at cheap flights first. Duvel and I already discussed that it's festival season in June so we want to avoid booking a w/e when Download or Glastonbury are going on. As not all potential Amsterdam attendees are going to the LAN (just a guess!) we can discuss it but I don't think we should make any decisions at that point.
 
Then we can put up a poll and then we can start looking at hotels etc. OK??
