Heroic Runs Signup Site

Please, visit (not currently up) to access the new Heroic Runs Signup site.
 
Take note that it isnt the official raid signup site used for normal raids like kara, and so. Its a site apart only for 5 man heroic run.
 
It necesary to create a new user profile in this site and after the user is created remember to add your WoW character.

Nice initiative, but you could always actually do it from here on this forum using a Poll.  Which means people do not need to remember another url and remember we're trying to encourage people to be here on the forum to add content and participate, so the more reasons they have to come back here the better.

I think that having our own signup site for the Heroics will be easier to have a real view of what is going on and of the viability of the runs. I want to manage in a more efficient way the ones that want to join and so.
 
Polls are ok, but 5 man I need is going to be hard from the first time, and I want to make things simple and clear.

So you think that advertising a separate site on a forum that nobody looked when you tired before will generate different results?  I'm not sure I follow the logic.

As for viability, if a poll lists who has voted then it is even quicker to see if the run is viable (ie use public poll option, not private).  It works for a 10 man raid, so why not for a smaller 5 man party?  Heck Genesis even use forum polls for 25 person raids and that works real well.  No site maintenance required, no links to other sites to remember, no additional sign ups.  KISS.

I wish the enterprise luck, but in all seriousness I think it is better kept on the forums or just arranged in gchat.

Both things will work, i dont know which one will work better of course, this is just an attempt to improve things a little. What is clear is that if the members want to do it, it will work in both ways, using polls or using a signup site.

We can invite whoever we want, of course. This is just to try to organize scheduled 5 man runs if people want to, as an alternative to forming them in the guild chat or whatever means.
 
There are not rules, just try and have fun. If you are logged in and you want to try, just sign, and so.
 
This is not an "official" thingy (and im sure they would like to have some words about it, maybe give some feedback, some suggestions, support, or whatever) and I just see it as something we can do in those free days in WoW that we don't know what to do or we want to try something new.
 
I will love to have fun with my fellow guild mates in the heroic runs and I think this is a good idea.

After a little chat with the officers we had currently arranged the use of the forums for forming the Heroic runs and so.
 
I had edited my previous post to remove the signup site and will make polls inside the forums to start arranging people to make the heroics.

We would just like to add, that Saori's initiative is very much appreciated. For now, it's only that we would like to have everything gathered here at the forum. This might change in the future though.

We applaud his effort, and hope people who would like to join runs are good to follow up and make them happen!
