RF online is a MMORPG.. its not new, but it just went totally free.
Its a Future based MMORPG, with 3 races.
The game is a PvP/PvE based, mainly on PvP atm, but PvE contents is increasing rapidly lately..
But just wanted to make you aware thats it is now free so give it a go

The site calls it different things Rising force is one, ive seen it called stuff like Rising Frontier and alike, but it might all be correct

Could be various translations from Korean I guess, moving things between languages has it's difficulties.

Indeed it has now get it downloaded and come and play with me
Got a few toons already, as im trying out the different races (not that there is any difference, only in what classes you can be)
Max lvl 55 atm

Cora (night elf types) name Shindrid lvl 23
Acc's (Robot dudes) name Zilon lvl 18
Bell's (small noome like fellas) name ***** (cant remember atm created a year ago )

Cora
Elf type people, has a large variaty of classes. Highly magical race.
 
Accretia
Robot people, has the most limited variety of classes. But still lots like to play em, and their fun. and they dont make a silly squeky sound when they get hit in combat.
 
Bellato.
Gnome like race. Medium amout of classes, a bit of magic and the other standard classes. Has the posibility to use Mechs.
 
All races have the 3 standard classes, Warrior, Ranger and specialist
