I strongly recommend that you start using WWS and posting the raid logs at the bottom of each raid poll thread.  It gives members who did not raid an opportunity to see what went on and members who did raid an opportunity to examine the performance of themselves and others in the raid.

Use the beta version (download it from the forums) as it works like an addon and makes recording and uploading the stats an absolute doddle.

For example in the Genesis sign off thread for last night's raid we posted this link after the raid:

Have a look at it - click things, experiment with it - it's amazing how much info you can find out from looking at the different attempts, the different damage types, who healed well, who was not active enough, who did not use Steady Shot enough, hoe one healer outperformed another etc etc etc.

You can do the same for SOG - it makes interesting reading and is dead easy to produce.
