Word help needed

[Luminance]

Hey guys,
 
I'm busy making a template for work, where i need to fill in some stuff now, and in the future. Now i know that there is something fancy in word that alowes you to fill up an empty line with dots like so:
 
Name:
Richard......
Henk.........
Marianne...
...............
...............
 
And when you fill in a name, dots disappear with every letter, but the line always stays the same lenght. Now when you delete a letter or a name, the dots will reappear.
 
My problem is that i know that its possible, but i can't copy paste it, nor can i find the option to enable this or creat this.
 
I was wondering if one of you guys could help me on this, would be much apreciated.
