Right, so after the chat i had with goregrinder after last raid, which was semi-sensible, and came to a good conclusion. I had agreed to help him with his speed and he accepted.
 
Anyhow, tonight he w/c a recruitment macro in the guild channel which had "or /w a officer for more info" in it. Marduk and myselfs both made comments on just pointing them to the forums.
 
After the next arena game i saw he replaced it with my name, so i asked politely he didnt do that. After asking twice more i gave him a mild smack, and he went balistic.
 
I have to admit i aint donned my best behaviour (been up long, hard day, and ill, so i am a sour mood) and repayed him in kind to his acusations of pushing him to go at a raid speed he wasnt comfertable with. (which i had assumed was a done deal as we had a hour long conversation on it earlyer in the week)
 
He then left the guild, and game on TS for a min or 3, in which time he managed to utter arround 30-40 curses at me, and got himselfs kicked, he then came back and resumed in our arena team channel.
 
He went from a ok guy in my book to a total arse in about 3 min today, hell we where even joking just beforehand. And i have banned him from TS to be able to play the last few arena games in peace.
 
I think he cracked under the presure, and i suppose ill have to get involved in raiding agian to help out. Sorry guys, i tried, but my bullshit tollerance, which is never great, just got overloaded today :angry:

I wasnt exactly on my best behaviour either, and sometimes it pays off to step over your own ego and such.
