I was foolish enough to bother watching this last night, and it's utterly hopeless.

It's a complete rip-off of the original. A Russian with a mini-gun who's a pale imitation of Jesse Ventura, an 'honour duel' which is almost identical to the Sonny's death in the original and a bit at the end involving the 'hero' stripped down to the waist and covered in mud to hide his heat signature.

It's so devoid of ideas that it's almost insulting - avoid!

Seen it 2 days ago....worsed movie i have seen this year...and indeed complete rip-off.

Did you honestly like The expendables? I stopped watching about 40 mins into the film as it got too boring.

I'll give him credit for the early rambo and rocky films. They were good; for their time (at least I liked them when I was a kid).

Other than that, there's pretty much nothing; just milking the same old thing.
