In a fit of goodwill i added Liesa's alt to the guild forgetting that he was not a member yet
 
Smite kindly removed the alt job done .. But what it did show was he was using 2 accounts and his "friend" was playing on the second one
 
The friend has been asked to apply Thu the normal route.
 
Regarding Liesa comments and actions are leading me to think he is too Young for sog ( A bit along the lines of Jim )

Ok, so what do we do about this guy? Having a person in the guild that missbehave is not a good thing, and is the reason we have the initiation period. Do we deside to kick him, or let him stay a while longer?

Also, i dont think its right to exclude him from SOG forums just becaus he is young and stupid, we have/are all (been) there... (Access already requested (again...)). He might listen to us, and become a good member. Its when they are young they can easily be molded. (or so i have heard :P )

I agree, and it was the right decision to make, getting his "alt" to apply through the proper channels were imo a good decision :)
