Here's my offering for the NetKar Pro F1600/F1800 series.
Sorry it's a bit dark but I haven't figured yet how to take screen shots on the track!

Try F11 for "Doom mode" , once out of the car I think you use the mouse or arrow keys to move around.

Here is the key list

F3 outcar cams
F2 incar/onbard cameras
F4 standings/driver/laptime
F11 DOOM MODE (to get out of Doom mode you've to be near at your car and repush F11)
F12 screenshot
K Keyboard mode
Enter [Return] message/chat
H Shaders ??
R replay
F fast forward replay
S slow mo replay
D rewind
Shift f Show fps
L to clean helmet
C to crouch in doom mode
Right Mouse Click when in Doom mode will show up setup menu

Use F12 to take screenshots of a replay.
Also in a replay by moving the mouse pointer to the upper left on the screen you will get replay edit controls.
