Strange going-ons on Meatlocker

Playing the other evening on Meatlocker, whatever the hell was going on, I couldn't die, couldn't lose health, fought three tanks together:

pic 1:  2 tanks in bottom room of boathouse, they had me trapped in the corner where I couldn't even fire me weapon, but look at the health bar.



Pic 2; I hate it when I'm being ignored by zombies.



Pic 3: Being chased by 3 tanks, the third one wouldn't stand still for the shot.



So Achievement unlocked, the Man v Tank thing. It just doesn't feel right to take advantage (tongue planted very firmly in cheek)

Lol. What was your final time then?
We should have had that on the other map, the one with the crane.
 
Ahwell, lucky you. Probably a bug of somekind, yay Steam...

I think this is caused when the server is set to survival mode and then swapped to a versus map, or something along those lines. We had a similar occurence at the LAN and a reload of the map and setting the correct mode cured it.
You may find that your achievement didn't actually register correctly too.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Yea this is a known bug and happened to someone at the LAN, the server gets itself stuck in the wrong game mode and everything goes awry.
