There is a nice thread outlining a successful voltage mod for the nVIDIA 5600 and 5900 set out just here.  The chap managed to get his 5600 from 435mhz@1.45 volts to 480mhz@1.80 volts although this needed water or peltier cooling (he reached 100 degrees on air with this :blink: ).  The steps taken are virtually the same for the 5900 (and he has outlined what differs).  He is now working on the memory controller to see how to work up the voltages on that.  As an ATI user I will not be trying these, but keep us all posted if you give it a go......... :)
