New players on Boomer

We would like all of you to help us improve our public CSS server and help us grow the community. What we want you to do is the following
 

• Welcome new players on the server. Use VC or chat to convey this and also tell them about the rules in the MOTD.
• Help the new players by explaining the rules to them. Why do we play this way? Emphasis on teamplay, tactics and fun. Also explain that we have played this way for many years if necessary. Use the time when you are dead to talk to the new guys. This will help the admins to pinpoint potential trouble makers as well.
• Tell them about the no entry signs. If they can't see them ask them to type "retry" in console.
• Direct them to our forum so they can be integrated into the community.
• Add them to Friends/X-fire if you find them to be ok people that you would like to have in the community. Invite them back to our server.
• If you recognise someone returning to Boomer make sure to say something along the lines "nice to see you back".
