I had reason to try wowmeteronline today and noticed a couple of things.

1 - WWS parses all healing totem healing as EH and ignores OH, hence overstating the heals done.
2 - Wowmeteronline correctly parses doomguards, ghouls and army of the dead, WWS does not.  This improves reported dps for DKs/locks significantly.
3 - Otherwise all the numbers seem the same, but WWS is visually more attractive.

I am now running all Elysium logs through both for a trial period and I suspect I will end up moving to wowmeteronline as the numbers appear slightly more accurate at the moment.  I set up an account for DMR too, details of which are in the Council FYI thread pinned at the top of this section.  I would encourage you to try it for a period and see if we can together spot any differences between the two logs for the same raids.
