Guild leaders

With my reduced presence due to work i have devulged more power down to others.

this is mainly in the channel that Fatbob (mal) and necro (jelly) have been promoted to a guild leader level - basically they now have GM status (miuns a couple of small points). DO NOT **** THEM OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! work with them and we will smash all sh1t in our paths
