Charlies, still such a thing?

Sulky has just asked me to sponsor him to be a Charlie. What's the sitch these days? Is it invitation, application or a suitably thick  brown envelope?

It should be down to Mad_ness to decide if he is looking to be in CS and you if it is for driving games and me if it is BF2. Whichever section admin will then let other admins know for yea/nay purposes (if I have it right)

If he is looking to join for BF2 then it's a definite yes from me. Also if he wants to join for CS. Don't know if he's a careful driver or not

He says he wants to play CZ matches so I pointed him at you Nidge, as Charliedom has no place in GTL. I'd vote for him.
