a good web proxy?

For security reasons, I am looking into a good web proxy. A British one would suit me fine. Would you happen to know a good one?

Or did you mean a web proxy run by someone else that you could use, rather than wanting to run your own?

I doubt you'll find one in the UK with our Orwellian government.

I know someone who runs a proxy in the uk. It costs per month but you get a dedicated server.

I'll pm you the link as I can't actually access it from work to check it out.
