downloaded but login keeps timing out :/

Glad I didn't pay for the 3rd party one though :)

Why not? I've got it on mine. Works just fine, no login timeouts or anything. They've even got a nice workaround for the popup for gear on your character pane on a touch screen interface. Loving the app. Anything that works on the iPhone should work on the touch as long as it doesn't require either the GPS or the phone itself, it's just you'll only get network connectivity when in range of wireless APs, instead of beign able to connect over 3G/GPRS/GSM.

Now all we need is one to be able to chat to the guild from the phone to let them know you are racing home and will be 10 minutes late for raid. Or one for the AH :D
