Hi all,

I just want to share some of my thoughts with you about the progress we are making atm, this is not a dig at anyone, and please do not take offense from it.

Last night in the end we did start making some great progress towards the end of the fight, but how ever ever during the entire course of the evening there was still chat during the fight that did not need to be there. Also i really need to bring this up, For the Love of everything good can we have a Raid Ban on those Dam Train sets. when it was done last night i was trying to listen to the tatics that are being given out and all i got was a earful or train noises. And it is really starting to set my nerves on edge, they are fun and when used can make people laugh, but in the middle of a raid when tatics are being given out is really not the time.

Also with these instances we can clear them on 10man and we can do it fast toc10 takes less then 2 hours to do. so this maybe a idea to get a grp going on a off night and keep rotating people in and out of these grps so that they can see the tactics and get used to them. there is still alot of miscommunication going on in the raids and this really needs to improve or we are just going to keep hitting the same wall every time we run the places. Now every raiding guild out there has that very special boss/encounter that they just can't get past for a long while, but at the end of the day its all about communication and PMA! Positive Mental Attitude.

both of which we are lacking by the bucket load! so we need to buck up and knuckle down and next time i am sure we can get them down and move past them and finally get these 2 instances under our belt and say we cleared it all before icecrown citadel hits us, otherwise we are going to be left standing around looking like total muppets because we cannot even clear all the watchers in uld25.

So we need to cheer up listen to each other and we will get everything cleared and sorted before you know it:yahoo::yahoo:

Regards
Bell

OMG the train set...I swear I will swing for the next person who uses that in a raid *run Jim* lol  Yeah, I agree that was badly timed & so annoying as poor Mr Jelly was totally obliterated by the noise of it.

I think the 10 man runs are good practice too, it would get those of us who have not cleared either used to the fight, locations, tactcis, etc & also I feel help build team spirit a bit more.

As for the listening....LISTEN!!!  don't constantly tell us about other players, or just do your own things when the fight starts...we need to work as a team...as Lola said the other night there is NO I in TEAM!!!!

I do not mind wiping if it is progress, but I do mind when it is people just not following clear, simple instruction, it frustrates the hell out of me & makes me want to just crawl back into bed.  Please less bickering, let's progress more.

Great words both, I agree totally and we are starting to pull it together. Great idea on the 10 mans for off days, and more of these will be run. I'm out tonight, but if someone else wants to set one or two groups up, do go ahead.

And for the train. The next person who uses one of those in a raid will be kicked from the raid and they will find themselves in the Dog House for a week.

Yeah I like the idea of 10 man runs to help with tactics even more important is to rotate the attendees like Bell said.

I seriously got to the point last nite where I thought I'm never raiding again. That effin train, non-stop chat about effin Eluo and their gear (who cares really?), people seriously not listening yet again and I was really really annoyed at my own healing.

But I woke up today, fell over on the way to work and thought it's not so bad after all :roflmao:

I can't wait to see who goes in the doghouse first *pls don't let it be me for any reason*

Errr, pardon?  As an Eluo member with my main I'd love to know if we have done something to offend.

send you a pm TL.

You, nor any Eluo member has done anything to offend, it was one particular person comparing us to you guys all nite and as we all know, we are not you guys. It didn't help matters on that particular raid nite, when we were wiping and wiping to have the comparison constantly rammed down our throats.

I hope this clears up any confusion.

TeaLeaf

Ah, now I understand, no apology needed!  And thanks for the PM Ice, all understood now
