Cooler for AMD Phenom 955

I've just bought new bits to build a PC.
The CPU is an AMD Phenom 955 BE, and I'd like to provide some decent cooling considering the room my PC is in get's quite warm (CH boiler in there also).
Looked at Corsair H50 Sealed Water coolor, mostly good reviews, but out of stock most places (unless I want to pay well over the odds).

Ã,£60 is my limit, so anyone have good suggestions for a decent CPU cooler?
Don't mind if it's air or water, it just has to be good.
