guys i get the feeling some people dont think the class leaders pull their share as they should. As i told necro when i accepted was that I do not have time to personal guide people or to put much more time in it then i already do. i give my advice on fights and try to tell what i think is important to keep in mind. and i only play 3 days a week, and thats when we are raiding i can not /w ppl about preformance during raid, i do some times but not a lot.
So as i said before it might be better to find a class leader that can didicate them self 100 % to the whole job description, as i can not. But ofc i like to do it and help out were i can during raid night but thats also about it, as real life wont let me use more time, and i said this from start.
