One thing i would love for all to keep in mind is that all class leaders, raid leaders, officers must keep a good tone, at all times meaning not yelling and cursing about things i would say this is very important for progress one thing is we talk about it, but no need at all to let the bad vibes flow on TS, it is really not a good thing. please say it in a normal way if its needed, and another thing is moaning about wipes and others stuff is never good to.

I only say all this because i think it is very important to keep a good experience to raid and play wow, and i do not point fingers or say all do it it is just advice thats good to have when u wanna yell in the mic about something, i do it my self sometimes but its important to limit it down to a minimum to keep a good vibe.

negative things, moaning, etc is best kept in channels away from they raid, like in here or officers chat, ts, etc

I try to end each raid with like "ok this and that" but during the raid I try to keep a firm tone in my voice. I do want people to listen. It may occasionally tilt a bit into frustration area even if it's not meant that way necessarily.
