Basically I think they have been inundated with requests and their system isn't coping.

I did a resend of the email yesterday and got it straight away, but the original email only arrived this morning.

Yup, thats really the only way to do it, get it for nearly nowt and play it, then give them a bit more in appreciation.

Is it possible to add this game to steam, so I can download it later again, after i formatted my pc for example?

Or do i have to back up the install file somewhere?

Nothing to do with Steam, you can add it to the launch menu but as far as Steam is concerned it's not in your account.

You'll need to back up the 65meg installer somewhere.
