I think amethyst is a bit ****ed about not getting in to the raid tonight as I did get this whisper from her

Jim (who i assume is who Ame is referring to !) isnt casual hes applied back for a raiding spot and so he was on trial tonight as was Izzen.
We agreed this between all officers present on TS at the time we hand picked our best 25 for the job of killing a very hard dps burn dependent boss
lets be clear if Ame was upto anywhere even remotely near geared for progression nights then i would always consider a spot but at the mo 1 persons happiness against progression in very end raid and loot etc for 24 others seems more of a practical decision and more correct for us than an emotional decision.
We got some good stuff going on at the mo and i for one would like Ame to fight for a place with jim cos unless we are desparate why we gonna take 2 SP's to a raid, sure if we doing Toc 25/Ony then fine but for nights like tonite we take our 25 best we got.
 
I guess the problem is that no-ones told her all this and we gotta do it.
 
i'll try to catch her on ts at some time unless anyone else can make bad news sound nice :sad:.

Its a tad unfair as a comment ... shes missed 1 raid after being on a long break.. In the long break we have done uld and toc so her gear levels are just naxx+

Its a tuff call ... I dont mind having a word tho

Naxx gear will really struggle in ICC. When you go back to her to explain the above it might also be worth recommending that she queue random heroics as much as possible to upgrade her kit to at least T9 levels (i232) or i245 badge bought levels so as to allow her the survivability and stats pool she will need in ICC.  The queue for healers is real short and she can even form a pre-made guild group to ensure they go smoothly & quickly.  5 badges per run makes this real easy withthe additional new instance quests & weekly raid quest.
