raid attitude

I've had a PM mentioning about the raid attitude and how it has declined somewhat and last night in particular was mentioned.

I wasn't there last night so cannot really comment, but would like your input on what went on and what we can do to stop this.

I understand we were short on numbers again, and as a suggestion, maybe it's worth not trying the top instances if we are short, but run an easier one and work on a few achievements. That way, it keeps the raid fun, and people don't get upset.

It's one thing wiping if we are full and trying to progress, but wiping when we are short is silly and does no-one any favours.

I know at one point i had to have a wisper to jim and sith about watching TV while raiding (the footie was on). I got a flood of wispers

The low numbers didnt help but we should have more than enough dps for Anub... The problem I saw was just crappy play. The thing is people just didnt move or ran the wrong way. I think that may be why people got so frustrated. Out of almost all the trys we had the boss was kited right thu the middle of the dps camps.
Anyway we said at the start of the raid we said give it a try if it looks like it cant be done then we will call / move on ... the problem was we never got a chance as we never got a fair try. People just messed up every time and it was not even the new guys

I dont know if the pm was regarding semi and jim tho i just got an in game mail that they kicked off on G chat .... Its seem it was not jim this time tho he did fire back at semi after some crappy comments (i was not there ) I had a word with jim and asked him not to rise to them as he throws enough of them about himself anyway. If he cant say anything good then dont say anything sort of thing
