Heya i just wanted to know whats the plan is now. Cuz i am kinda confused because if we still are clearing ulduar we will get almost no better loot and marks cant really be used for anything but gems. so i wondered if the future is heroic 25 man mode, maybe cutting a raid day, or still doing all instances. Tbh my point of view i would not mind doing abit of ulduar still but i am sure many are very tired of that place about know, but what alternative do we have 10 man heroics and 25 man? i really made this post to start a diskussion about what we should do.

Heroic 25 TOC would get my vote tho it would also be nice to get the disk for the optional uld boss :D

I agree, lets start pushing some hard content. Though, the disc would be nice :)

Heya i love the tought of TOC heroic,
Yes it would be nice with that disc but keep in mind doing iron council wont give you the key u need to kill all the keepers on hard mode there are 2 part to the key :(
I think we should be going Heroic TOC like Jas and Necro says, as we have cleared content and ulduar is almost a step back at this point in game and with the loot we have, but ulduar could be an option if we have nothing else to do. As i see it a good raid plan could be TOC 25 man - onyx 25-
TOC 25 man Heroic- TOC 10 man Heroic- Ulduar 25 man. though i hope blizz will push some content soon as it is badly needed i think as neither TOC or onyx can be looked at as a desent raid instance. remember my oppinion dont mean thats what we do be any means, but just showing my oppinion ;)

Ok so prio is TOC 25 and ONY25... thats say thursdays run after the reset. Sunday/Tuesday we hit TOC Heroic 25 if we have a good team available... If its a cobbled together, go with what we have night then hit Uld25

All 10 man stuff to be left for offnights or should we have the dreaded 2x10 man on one of the nights:g:

Given the turn out over the last couple of weeks, I think we should be locking 10 man heroics as we will probably have to go 10 man on one of the raid nights unless numbers pick up.

Remember that Thebhoy, Garrit & me are available most nights atm as we are effectively down to one night per week raiding (or one night plus an hour).  Between us we can assist with some toons that are appropriately geared to help you folks on 25 man if needed.  This availability is likely to continue until ICC hits, so make use of it if you need a couple of extra bodies.

No, I'm not locking 10 mans to the guild again. 25 only. And I believe the new patch will hit this week so that'll be ICC in the rotation with Uld 25 dropped so people can pug that if they so choose.

Fair enough :)

I was just thinking of ToC10 hard mode to give us something to do if we don't have enough people on a Tuesday/Thursday.

regarding progress i was gunna post this ... Feel free to add or remove any bits



   We are coming up to new content soon and looking into how we hit it. Before we look at that I want to point out just what we have achieved so far. From the start of dMr being created as a social guild we have moved on in huge leaps with the effort you guys have all put in. We are now rubbing shoulders with some of the hardcore raid guilds and punching well above our weight class. Lets look at how we have progressed thru the various content.
   
  Naxx we were slow to build up and finished the content a month or so after Uld came live
  Uld we held off at the start to finish up on naxx. We then worked thru almost clearing with just Yogg to kill before TOC came live
  TOC we have been running with Uld to a point where we have cleared all content on normal before new content and our now getting to have a nibble at heroic versions not bad for a social guild raiding 3 nights a week
  Also worth a mention is the 10-man achievement the guild has under its belt Sath3d Flame Levi and more
   
  So from that we are in the best position for new content that we have ever been in. Thatââ,¬â,,¢s a big pat on the back and a thank you to everyone
   
  Soââ,¬Â¦. Whatââ,¬â,,¢s the plan now man??
   
  We will farm Toc normal and keep hitting Toc heroic to gear up as much as possible. When the new stuff hits we will have 5man encounters that need to be hammed for upgrades as soon as possible, Also a quest line for a 266 item will be a must (need to get the details) As far as raids 25 man will stay priority, I would like to keep up with the bosses as they open up and try to ride the wave. Using off night action to pull in 10 mans

What you posted is something smart to post in the members section as a reminder.
 
But for now i would say really focus on ToC as i think we need all the badges we can get etc.
 
Get some better gear for next new content etc.:flirty:

I agree, get that posted in the members area as it's a fantastic summary of how far we have all come and it would not have been possible without everyones help.
