My desktop pc has been on for about two weeks now.  I noticed a few days ago the steam proccess was using around 25MB of ram..... bad or what?

NOW THIS PILE OF SHITE IS USING 45MB OF RAM AND I'VE NOT EVEN PLAYED CS FOR AGES!!!!

It also uses alot of CPU while it's just sitting "idle". Mine spikes at over 50% with it just sitting in the system tray. I now only have it running if I'm going to play CS.
