Hi, as i understand it Jim is back for some nice for some not. What we got to keep in mind is to have him in a short string, he left for another server without really telling anybody, he was a classleader and a raider. What I would like to know what role is Jim comming back to, and by any means please tell him not to act like he is classleader again which i hope he will not be that would send wrong signals. what we need is healers and i hope he is ready to heal in holy not disc as other have bin asked to respec for it gear and specc wise. what would keep him from going back in same rythm "just dont give a f.ck" at all? tbh he was not that good as disc please i hope we will have him on a short leach and he will be given a spot for what we need. many feel he let us down big time.

He is not a raider, and is certainly not a class leader.

He's back in the guild as a social member and will need to earn his raiding spot again. However with the current healer shortage, he will probably be asked to attend.

As for the re-spec, that is something I will leave in Jas capable hands. He knows what he needs from his team.

Hes put his foot in it regards raids ... as such he can spec how he likes

If we are short he can maybe get a spot to help same as any other social memeber.

cool also nice facts ty, what we have to be carefull with is giving him the choise to choose his spec if he gains access to raids (a raider again). because this can hurt those who was asked to respec i am not trying to start a problem thats not there, but in short terms i heard him say he is disc when he is back in raid and that aint up to him we got to remember those who did not leave at any point and have givin it all for the guild.
