I should be a bout later...also had a thought.

Why don't the more 'experienced' players and/or admins take a back seat and squad lead a few of the new guys through Silent Wind or the Hijack missions?

On Hijack we can basically set up the respawn tent and let people learn the ropes without having to trek every time.
