Hi Claiire,

I'm sorry to say but you have failed your trial with regards to raiding.

For the last two weeks in a row you have not had a pot on which is an absolute minimum requirement for raiding, also on several occasions you have slowed down the raid due to taking a long time to return after a death/wipe.
I also find myself constantly having to check that you have joined the correct channels for raiding even when on several occasions various officers have reminded you of the requirements.
Dps has also been an issue and after a reasonable increase after the first week or so considering your 3/4 t10 now its still quite low for the levels that we were expecting given your gear improvments.
Finally the thing i'm most concerned about is to do with targeting and boss strategies, after quite a few weeks raiding with us i'm not convinced that you have enough of a handle on the fights to do what is needed, and this is the main reason for the failed trial, given the fact that the bosses we are on now are the easier ones i think we could have a real issue once we progress onto the harder bosses where everyone has to be on the top of their game the whole time.

I don't propose to kick you from the guild (which is usual after a failed trial) as you have been a helpful and social guild member and if you want to stay with DMR for social purposes then feel free.
I will however be dropping you down to a Social raider which means raid spots will be few and far between if at all.

It is upto you if this is acceptable or not and if you want to leave for a different raiding guild then you may do so with no hard feelings.

Sorry it hasn't worked out and hope you understand the reasons why.

nice one mal ... I sent pm's to laytal and luchen expalaning thay had been ranked social due to attendance

Also had a word with balmius regarding healing or lack of it... went thu the logs with bell (his dad) this morning. Hes is doing reaction healing which is great to stop overhealing tho who cares as long as he is not having mana problems. To put into perspective 7mill healing all raid vs Tirk and Dead throwing out 25mil each.
