When I was mucking about with Cipher to add the dirty respawns I did ask permission from the original map author. Always nice to get a positive response!

great you like it :-)
Just go ahead with editing it to your hearts content.

However, if you publicly load up or host a edited version of Cipher please always alter the file/archive name, its pbo name and the mission name ( class Intel / briefingName in the mission.sqm/editor ).
This way any confusion of the content should be avoided as best as possible.

Hi,

After a lot of enjoyment with the mission we found that the less experienced guys were being put off as we couldn't revive. I took the mission apart and added a respawn. It's still credited to you and I hope you don't mind, but I thought I would let you know and say thanks again for such a good map!
