Remove gondromir

sorry for abusing Mzltof's account (daedalus here) but the GB is getting drained by gondromir.. he is granting access to a members withdrawiing 100g and kicks him.. then he does it again to avoid the max withdraw limit.
 
 
so far I have taken:
 
mzltof: 1k gold and 10 stacks of icetorn
daedalus: promoted to withdraw gold... 100g sofar.
