Sorry for the bad news but i'm afraid i have to kick you from DMR warcrafting,
 
I'm here as an officer to try and help run things and keep things sweet but your conduct tonight was out of order and i don't feel the need to have you in this guild.
 
You dropped us in the lurch by leaving when it suited you to raid on your horde toon after several incidents within the guild affecting both raiders and officers (bad enough to make me quit the guild on one occasion) then expect to just walk right back in whenever you so feel..well its not happening !
 
Last night (sat) you came and raided with us after being taken back as a social (non raider status ) and we had a good run, i had to warn you over your constant "pull pull" comments and explained that as a guild we stop and help our lesser experienced members out when needed.
 
Fair do's you stopped the "pull" crap and we continued, at the end of the night you asked me (and the rest on TS) "what time is raid start tomorrow" to which i replied 20:00 game time with a "20:15 start" you said fine no probs.
 
I started pulling the raid from sat night together at about 20:15 as i didn't think (as an officer not running the raid ->) the RS 10 run was gonna happen and by 20:30 had 7 ppl from sat in the raid, by this time i presumed you weren't coming (see above your asking what time we were going ) so at the request of the other tank (davemk who is a dps main)i was asked if another could tank if possible ...you're not online at this time... so i did what any RL would do and found another tank so we could progress, unfortunatly (for you !) that involved swapping last nights tank to your dps spot and getting another tank in as i'm well aware of your feelings regarding helping the raid out and tanking !!!
 
I saw you online whispering me about 20:35 game time when i said we only had a spot for a healer left....you logged !
 
Then you relogged back on and felt the need to remind me about how we did things at dmr and you didn't like it ! so easy option for me really....go back to horde and leave us get on with what we do and if you're not sure i'll remind you
 
 
Help each other out when we dont know stuff
respect the untold hours the officers put in (not that you're aware or care)
be there for each other (as in don't **** off to your horde toon and pretend d/c problems because we cant kill stuff first go...oh yeah we noticed!!)
expect to just rock up after leaving us in the **** and carry straight on from where you left of because it suits you.
 
Val i could go on but i won't, i like and respect you from CS days and also BC2, but hey lets just call it a bad fit and i'm sorry but theres no place for you here :sad:
 
I wish you good luck and hell i even look forward to the next time you kill me 5 times in a row on BC2, but sorry to say you are done in Wow dMr us and you dont go and i'm sorry
