I stepped down from raiding with Eluo today and resigned as an officer in favour of a social member rank.  I did it for a couple of reasons:

1 - I have some exams in October for which I need solid revision time or I will fail
2 - I need a break from raiding, I've been doing it almost non-stop since Molten Core and am getting old

So at least until Cataclysm, I'll be more around than usual as I won;t have any Eluo responsibilities, although in total I'll spend less time in WoW than I have been.
