I got XP now but can't type when playing

I upgraded my computer and have installed XP now. When I play now I can't seem to type at all. Does anyone have the answer? I've allready tryed spec_menu 0.

Sometimes it happens to me i just tap the console key open/close and it seems to work for me even though im using ME.

When I'm alive I can type yes, only whenI'm dead I can't. Please tell.

this ones is a bit weird, they should TANGOing fix it tbh...

what you have to do, is when you die, and u can't find yourself typing...

if u've pressed duck and that MENU thing comes up at the bottom, select its left menu and click "CLOSE"

if you DONT have that, and u can't press n e buttons

go into Console and type "+duck" then type "-duck" that should bring up the menu thing again, then close it and you should be able to type

i'm not very good at explaining things, so if tat hasnt work, get back to me and i'll put some effort into putting it into HUMAN words

There is always something wrong with your cs :huh:


But for this one i dunno the answer.

I have also xp but the only prob i've with cs 1.6 now is that my admin powers doesn't get loaded everytime:(
