How long have you been playing computer ames and what kind?
I have been playing computer games since 1st gen spectrum and being addicted to things like Gauntlet and Dizzy series. Recently I have got Napoleon Total war and a big fan of RTS games. Although do enjoy CS, LFD and COD and other FPS. Am not a fan of many driving games unless things crash and explode or sports games.

What kind of raiding experience do you have?
I have been playing wow since the very first beta and been to all instances in 10 man mode and some at 25 man. Very good experience in 10 man and tactics like in ICC but not as much play in 25 man. This having been said used to do Molten Core 40 man weekly back in the day.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
On another server Doomhammer, Wildcards, Twist of Fate and Deathwatch. I am still in Twist of Fate where a lot of my friends play but I know some guys in real life in DMW and thought I would role a new toon and see what the wow side of things was like.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
Not on the server DMR are on but on Doomhammer my main is Jstar and main alts Kirby, Gortex.

What are your plans for the game?
I want to play from new toon and get to know the guild and the people in it before possibly joining the raiding team. I raid a bit on Doomhammer but want to step it up at some point and fancy a change and new challenges.

Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
I am quite a sosical sort of person and love playing games which both challenge me and are both playable and enjoyable. I do not like arogent players or unhelpful players and encourage constructive crititisam where ever possible. I take real life friends and getting to know people above the computer side which is why I sign up for things like the Lan etc.

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
Playing from beta I know how hard it was to get levelled up before with few addons and little gold etc and getting to end game fights which were much harder than they are now. So I don't like the fact it is almost too easy to get to the top gear and look like you know what your doing when you don't.... Gear score is not everything.....

Not really played a DK and wondered what they are like.

Well as am new to DK's I am not sure what I will do but might try tanking and failing that dps

What do you look for in a guild?
Mature fun people to raid with. Also people who look for more in a game rather than just a bit of loot that makes them that little bit better than others.

Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?
I agree with it and think it is sensible to have clear and easy to understand rules. Some of the guilds I have been in tend to make issues too complicated and so end up with arguments.

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
If it were towards me then I would raise the issue with an officer or contact the person my self. If it were for someone else then I would monitor the situation and see if it got worse then contact an officer to address the situation.

Good morning all from a very soggy and wet south of England.

I have now moved my main toon over to Dead Men Raiding and would like to apply him/it to a raiding status so I can join in on the fun and challenges with the guild. My main toons name is Jstar (shammy, enhancement and restoration) which if possible would like to be made my main character and change Glóndra and Tombombadil to alts with in the guild.

As mentioned in my application I have been playing since beta original wow and have been raiding (mainly in 10 man runs) consistently from that time to the present. I have taken down all bosses in ICC up to Sindragosa and would love a go at getting the silly knight/king down. If you need further reference then ask Dreadzuki my other half who I think almost everyone has raided with or chatted too.
