BO Admins forum permissions

KKND cannot see the BO admin section. Sparko was in a similar position but I gave him a CoD4 admin badge to get round it.

I'll do the same for KKND until such time as it is fixed*.
Can you let me know when this happens and I'll remove CoD4 admin from them both.
