Seems kinda bizarre to see people forced to accept legal terms that will shaft them or lose the investment they have already made in hardware.  I wonde rhow many people will actually notice the change to T&Cs?

Well it's finally helped me resolve my console dilemma, I'll buy an XBox. Not that I think for a moment that Microsoft aren't as evil as Sony, it's just they don't make their evilness quite so obvious.

1 thing I've read that might also sway your choice is that windows 8 will run 360 games, don't know how true it is, but pretty cool if it is.

Now that would be good, would no longer need to use my 360:)
