Doing a 100 mile bikeride tomorrow for british heart foundation.

Should take just over 6 hours depending on conditions.

Wish me luck.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Was cycling fire 6 hours and a half hours.

Felt alright when going round but now everything is cramped up and I can't move my legs. Should have gone to the massage tent afterwards! Fail!

It was the norwich 100 so had to drive back to cambridge on dud legs afterwards.

Not really in great shape could do with loosing a pound or two, luckily being norfolk there were no real ckimbs so my big rugby players thighs and frame could put their power down on the flat.

Good to know that my ticker still works and I can push myself when needed. Suffering for it now though.

I think its only 17mph average while the pros can average 24mph easily.
