Hey all, as some of you know a documentary was being created called "The Raid" which was going to examine the game World Of Warcraft as well as its effects on society and the people who play it as well as WHY people play it (also two small ten minute documentarys on Youtube covering the addiction affects are also good viewing).

Peoples first impression of "The Raid" when they saw the trailer (in the members area) was originally "OMG we are gonna be made to look even worse or this is going to make us look bad" etc etc, actually the documentary is quite un-biased there no interviews with None gamers, as some of you know making a None Gamer or a Non - Wow player understand the fun of WoW and its appeal unless you let them try it is practically damned impossible, making this as pure a documentary on WoW as you can get, they talk about raids, the society that you build ingame (ingame friends who can become out of game friends, how it helps none social people develop social skills for use in RL etc).

It also covers the Gender of players which is about ten minutes long but is rather intresting to watch, I personally would recommend anyone who has seen the trailer for this Documentary watch it (i watched it in segments on youtube but am sure there are torrents around for it such as btjunkie.org and such)

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]
