Found this on the official forums.  Not 100% complete, not covering all areas, but might be useful to us at some point during dailies.

Hi guys

Since starting to play this game, I have kept information about systems, often so I know where is good for mining or finding salvage, this was to help with my daily's. So for any new users, here is some information about systems, this list does not include all systems, usually heavy in cylon areas, however, there should be enough info here to help with your daily's. I've compiled the list in alphabetical order.
