Well he posted his apply as he was asked to.

I have only one concern and he also posted that in his app. and that is his toon swapping.

I still remember him from WoW and he did that there aswell, he said that in his app aswell. With that he aint really raid material for dMw for how i see it.
I am fine to give him a social spot but i think with his history that a raid spot isn't the best thing for him if he wants that..

Raiding atm is not even a question Ice, we just need critical mass, so it's a yes from me.

Having multiple characters can help with understanding extra areas of the game that others might not know. As for a raiding slot this is for the future once the game has been released and people are high enough for it. Probably it will be one toon is your main and stick with this so everyone gets a chance with loot etc rather than someone swapping to gear up all the time. As long as it is clear what you are required to do and what is needed it should be easy enough.
