Guild Bank and Loot

Guys below is how we are seeing the Loot from Op's will run.

Would love your input as this is not set in stone so any issues or comments would be greatful,  as you lot are on the front line

I think it covers most things and it will work nicely, and will help us gather money so that we can in the future we can start helping out the OP teams with paying for the repairs. [/COLOR]

-BOP items go to someone who can use it and who is in the instance
-BOP crafting recipes/materials go to 'guild crafters' which we nominate as officers/raid leaders first and only once they have the recipe does it get farmed out to others in the raid as you cannot sell BOP on AH
-BOE items go to primary raid spec Need only (note the 'primary raid spec' Need, an offspec Need is Greed in our current system and they can find the item on auction house instead)
-BOE crafting recipes go to officer/RL crafters only with duplicates then being sold on AH
-BOE crafting materials that drop in raids all go to guild bank and surplus stocks are sold to help cashflow

Anything that is sold is put back in to the Guild till we have enough money to help pay for the Op runs repair bills.

I will be looking for someone to help out with the running of the GB from one of the Dark Council.

Looks good, replace AH with GTN tho.
Maybe ask players do a donation to the guild if they have the resources to do so, prefferaby credits but materials will do aswell.
