Back up/ Assistant OP's leader

Hey all, after running Kragga's palace today and talking with Toby last night, it has come to my attention that We need a back-up Op's leader for Thursdays current group as in the event im unable to make it (due to being used as a sex toy by alien ladies :narnar: ) or RL takes over as it can, the group wouldnt have a viable leader, also Kragga's palace has some fights where assistance would be nice calling out mobs, ablities etc, Below are my Recommendations.

Varg - 3 Years experience leading Raids in WoW, views all the tactics video's before we go to the run unlike some of the others who wait for my explanations, he generally fills in any gaps of knowledge im having issue explain already or that ive forgotten and has a level head during OP's (doesnt panic shouts out commands etc).

Imhotep - As has been noted before, is constantly active upgrading gear learning tactics etc, he has led several TS controlled hardmodes with many groups and group combinations and stays calm/addapts to situations rather quickly.

Tanales (Lurek) And DarkAngel - previous experience leading runs as well as observing/learning being a member of RGT in WoW, again rememberes large amounts of knowledge and adapts well under pressure.

Hope these recommendations help, I posted here simply due to fact its a pressing issue that needs resolving due to the fact it could stop progression etc in its tracks if none of the others had knowledge to lead etc, my personal recommendation and preference for this choice would be Vargen due to past experience and his politcal savy when compared to the rather abrupt personality of others.

I think Assistants or a second OP leader is a given need due to some of the reasons you have mentioned Vladic and also the ongoing discussions about second groups, Nightmare modes and number or runs a week etc.

I think though the main question that needs to be answered is do these people want to be leader or assistant? If they are not wanting to do it or are reluctant then your not going to get the best application of effort to the tasks needed. I agree with the experience Vargan has makes him a very good candidate but only if he is interested in taking on the responsibility again.

Some good points made I also think that who ever is the back up is not automaticaly in each week, I dont think that is fair IMO.

Depending on where we are going will depend if i need the assistant, in EV i can call out the stuff on my wn but due to difficult camera angles in Kragga's that assistant will be needed, the easiest solution to the question of IF they will be assistants is to ask the listed people directly, in my absence the assistant would act as the OP's leader, for the 2nd OP's group we would need a new leader per new ops group as the formation of a second group would also need to address different skill levels/Progression speeds as if you stick an OP's leader such as myself incharge of the new group (bearing in mind all ive experienced so far and my gear skill etc) they would most likely be very disatisfied by having to lead a new normal group whilst others advance to the hardmodes.

The way I see a Back/Assistant is to be up together on the tatics and able to run a team through in your absence fair enough if the rotation is they are playing then fair enough.  But locking out 2 positions permanently I do not like the idea of at all.

Agreed probably the best way to is contact who we think might be good or want to do it.  But we also we will be looking for a 2nd Op leader as well.  

I will contact them on the list when it is finalised.

Im not suggestin to lock them out Permenantly, but for Kragga's palace and possible future ones I will need an assistant to help me by calling out things I cant see,miss, taking over if I die etc, and as said above, the 2nd OP's leader needs to be someone who isnt fully colomni geared/experienced all the OP's already, simply due to fact they will be disatisfied if they remain on normal whilst other push further.
