Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th May

Op. Runners thus week we face a issue as we have the arrvial of D3 I know quite a few of our members will be wanting to play this on release I know I would want to if I had waited as long as they have. Also as I have today killed my rig I won't be around save act of god.

So I doubt we will not have the numbers to run any ops this week apart from Monday which is up. I suggest if people are around a world boss tale down or a datacron run. Or help our new runners get some HM FP under their belt.

If you feel that you are up to running a Op and can find the people or you want help let me know and I will see what I can do to help.

Once again applogises for this normal service will be restored asap.

Can we get some info on ops-runs the coming week? Just wanna be able to plan something.

One thing i dont understand and that is whe have try to avoid the days members are playing diff kind off games with planning swtor ops, why not with D3..playing on same days???

sorry to be a pain, but kinda need to know for this week please, dont mind if its a maybe/turn up on the night. but just ant to know as i have been asked to go out on monday and thursday nights this week, dont mind missing going out thursday as its over the mother-in-laws so please please please set somthing for then....hint.....HELP ME!!!

Note to everyone: Just turn up if you want to do OPs, we cant promise you a spot but as long as we have a group going we will have progress.

Im not speaking for the Dark Council or all the Op leaders but putting up roosters for every OP night is't really needed when we could just note down who was there and willing.

And if there is enough that didnt get a spot, try helping the recently dinged or recruits to get some gear from Hardmode Flashpoints those nights.

I fully support the above comment. I feel that in place rosters cause too many issues.
A list of people ready willing and able for a given night should be enough.

Our warcraft RGT group use this method to good effect when I was rolling with them.
The only problem is that our raiding group has apprentice, padawan and master member levels so we might want to say maybe Monday is equip night, Tuesday is hard mode night and Thursday is progress night.

There will be a semi clear structure for what will be done each day but we don't want a complete schedule for each day like that because not everyone is available on each of the operation days. But in general it will be Mondays: Progression, Tuesdays: Normal and Thursdays Hardmodes. Some rotating will be done so that people not available on for example mondays also have access to progression.

That said tonights run will most likely be hard mode since gearing up members of the formerly called Blue group to similar level as the red group is priority. Tuesday will most likely be a normal run to gear up the new members. Thursday we will see but either hardmodes again or Denova. We will most likely not do many more Normal runs after this week.
