Population

Just a though about our server as transfers are coming soon and i'm guessing that it will be free transfers from/to specific server (probably specified by Bioware to balance the population) and paid transfers from/to custom servers.

Looking at this graph and the list,

i'm not worried that we'll have to move anywhere since we're on the first page of that list and there are many more EU servers that have significantly lower population than ours, but i think we need to start inviting people as soon as the transfers are up. Some dev mentioned that the guilds wont be transferred as a whole (which will be kind of tactical nightmare) but that's the opportunity for us.

I'll also throw a small suggestion. During that transfer-heavy time, assuming that in fact people will transfer to not from our server, i'd love to see the Lieutenants being able to recruit players, when officers are not available.
